Data Request
Last updated · 4 July 2026Short version: this is a concept site with no accounts, forms, or checkout — so we hold no personal data about you, and there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If that ever changes in a production version, the rights below will apply.
1. What we hold today
VANTA is a static design concept for a single blender. It has no sign-up fields, no shopping cart, no login, and no working form — the “Reserve” buttons are presentational and submit nothing. Because we collect and store no personal information through this site, there is currently nothing for us to retrieve, change, export, or erase on your behalf.
2. Your rights
Should a future production version of VANTA collect personal data, applicable privacy laws — such as the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and similar state and national regimes — give you the right, subject to verifying your identity, to ask us to:
- Access — confirm whether we hold personal data about you and get a copy;
- Correct — fix inaccurate information;
- Delete — remove the information you’ve given us;
- Port — receive a copy in a portable format;
- Opt out — of any sale or targeted advertising (we do neither).
3. How to make a request
You can contact us at any time and we’ll respond honestly about what, if anything, we hold. To help us confirm it’s really you, please include:
- Your name and the email you used to contact us, if any;
- Which right you’d like to exercise (access, correct, delete, or port);
- Enough detail for us to understand your request.

4. What happens next
We’ll acknowledge your request and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires — typically within 30 to 45 days. There’s no charge for a reasonable request. If we ever cannot complete one, we’ll explain why and tell you how to appeal.
5. No retaliation
We will never deny you service, charge you more, or treat you differently for making a privacy request.
